Jack has been involved in the design, development, and construction of 900+ residential units, 4 commercial projects, and 22,000 linear feet of roadway & utilities. Totaling over $600 million in revenue. Jack has also managed capital improvements for a rental portfolio of 1,835 multi-family units. His experience includes oversight of entitlements & approvals, design management, land development, vertical & horizontal general contracting, financing, project management, superintendent, project turnover, and warranty. Jack founded Estrella Ventures, a real estate investment firm, to partner with the industry's best minds to deliver high quality real estate investments with excellent returns for our partners.
